Almost a year ago we developed and launched with ZADECON at FLEXICEL INDUSTRIAL a tailored tool for calculating standard times of our production processes and we received training on its use.
The results obtained during this period has encouraged us to extend its use to our colleagues at FLEXICEL PORTUGAL who have recently completed the training and setup period of a similar customized tool for their own production processes.
We are convinced that we are moving on the right path, relying on specialists in each subject and incorporating technical and management resources that allow us to improve our processes.
