Flexicel was born in Esparreguera (Barcelona) in 1992 where it has its headquarters. With more than 14,000m² of facilities and a team of more than 155 workers, we have three manufacturing plants in Spain and one in Portugal, and we also have three commercial offices distributed throughout the Iberian territory.

We are specialists in the development of custom-made solutions and conversion of technical foams (polyethylene, polyurethane, NBR, PVC, etc), rubbers, textile derivatives, aerogels, and self-adhesive materials. We offer customized solutions for acoustic, thermal, sealing, protection, and filtration requirements.

Thanks to the use of the most advanced technologies in the sector, and together with a human team with extensive experience in raw materials and product development, we offer customers a wide variety of machining operations combining the technical properties of various materials, offering to the market effective and personalized solutions that adapt to any type of project.

Part of the IPCOM group
With the aim of strengthening our presence in the technical insulation market and expanding in the Iberian geographical area, in March 2020 we became part of the IPCOM Group.
